Terms of Service & Professional Engagement

By accessing the website of PIECARAMBA MANUFACTURING LIMITED or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and PIECARAMBA MANUFACTURING LIMITED (the "Company").
1. Service Provision and Engagement
The Company provides manufacturing, logistics, and consulting services within the food industry. All service engagements are subject to a formal Statement of Work (SOW). The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any entity that does not meet our internal risk assessment criteria or regulatory compliance standards.
2. Financial Obligations
Our services start at a baseline of £300.00. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum, calculated daily.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PIECARAMBA MANUFACTURING LIMITED and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIECARAMBA MANUFACTURING LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service from which the claim arose during the preceding twelve (12) month period.
5. Food Safety and Compliance
The Company adheres to all relevant UK food safety regulations, including the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013. The Client acknowledges that once a product has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility for maintaining food safety protocols (e.g., proper storage and reheating) transfers entirely to the Client.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
